2014 - 2015 Seahawk Nails

Here are the Seattle Seahawk nails I did for last year.

Here I painted the bottom half of my nails green at an angle, then blue on the top half. Then when all dry I added a white stripe over the middle. Added a sparkly polish over the top of all and added white gems across ring fingers.

Here I used silver nail tape
Had some trouble  keeping the edges down.
I did put top coat on and added stripes with it still being wet but still had trouble with the edges peeling up.

Used dotting tools here. Bottom half blue the top green. Then with large dotting tool add 3  blue dots up into the green area but still touching the blue,  then with medium dotting tool added dots cross the top in the green. With small dotting tool added green dots across the bottom in the blue. Then added silver on top of large blue dots with large dotting tool

This was one of my favorites.
not exactly sure what site I got the idea from but there are a few on Pinterest similar to this. You do the bottom half of your nail one color and the top half of your nail another color at an angle then you take a dotting tool and Along the edge of both colors with the opposite color. Makes it look like the paint is dripping.

here I painted the nails blue first then added dots with the medium size and small dotting tool. Then added blue. In center of larger green dots.

a few that I did the tips a little differently

I got the idea of this design from Jen fabulous nails #6 she has YouTube videos at MissJenVLOGS

here I did kind of the same idea but going across instead of up and down.

silver with blue heart and green dots.

a little ombre used makeup sponge.

and here were my Super Bowl design used tattoo on ring finger and lots of gems too bad we didn't win that one.

We  are Annel and Steve Dickson, We are high school sweethearts. We have raised two wonderful girls and have three grandchildren. But we have a dream to live full-time on a boat. This is our story of how we make this happen.
When we get our boat she will be named Gracie Lou. I was going to start this blog after we got our boat and do views from our ports of stay. But decided to start earlier and show our path on how we make our dream come true.
In October we took our  first big step  Steve quit his job of 20 years with Waste Management and moved to North Dakota to work in the oil fields.

We planned on me staying in Spokane and working,  but being away from each other was harder than we thought it would be so end of January I left my job of 9 years and took a month to get the house we had built 20 plus years ago ready to put on the market. Then the first part of March we packed up what we could fit in the expedition and I moved to North Dakota to be with Steve.
I have now been and Newtown, North  Dakota for a little over a month now. Life is definitely different here. We are living in a 1982 34 foot Suncrest motor home, In the parking lot of the company my husband is working for. We did sell my Sebring convertible and used that money for a deposit on a 2006 38 foot Keystone Montana fifth wheel. We are waiting for our house to close so we can pay cash for it.
Speaking of the house we were very lucky the first people that walked through wanted it. We our just waiting on closing, it should be before or on the 29th.
